The Program Manager oversees daily operations and management of The Salvation Army's Overnight Shelter Programs. This role ensures that client services meet organizational standards while maintaining compliance with internal policies, external regulations, mandates, and grant requirements. With responsibility spanning multiple locations, the Program Manager supervises Shelter Managers and monitors contract compliance, program objectives, and performance outcomes. The position prioritizes the safety of all facilities, staff members, temporary labor, volunteers, and clients throughout operations.
