State Licensed Patient Support Nurse

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse to facilitate patient journeys and provide education and support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding assigned therapeutic areas

Establish relationships and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting

Coordinate financial resources and assist with insurance coverage and reimbursement challenges for patients

Qualifications

AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states

Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus

Two or more years of Nephrology experience preferred

Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement processes is a plus

Experience with digital CRM systems is required
