Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Capacitor Assembler-2nd Shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

What you'll do :

The Capacitor Assembler must be proficient in slitting, cutting and folding major insulation paper. They must be able to work closely with the Group Leader, Job Setter and Production Supervisor to maintain Safety, Production and Quality requirements.

• Review and follow daily work schedule
• Communicate schedule needs to Job Setter to ensure needed material is on hand and verify inventories
• Check specifications and necessary drawings for proper machine set ups
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers and other small hand tools as needed
• Train and assist others as needed
• Meet department goals for Safety and Productivity
• Ensure compliance to Quality Procedures
• Quality Alert items
• Deviation to process
• Functioning of error-proof devices
• Follow all Visual Operating Procedures (VOP)
• You will complete 5S+ activities daily.
