• Human Resources (HR) Manager Reports To : VP of Human Resources & Safety Location : Hockley, Texas Employment Type : Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead core human resources functions within our organization.
• Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources & Safety, this individual will oversee performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture, driving compliance, and partnering with leadership to support business goals.
