Job Description & RequirementsHematology - Oncology PhysicianStartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $3637.50 - $3937.50 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule :  2 weeks per month | Week 1 : 8 hours of patient care, weeknight and weekend call | Week 2 : Monday-Friday 8 hour patient carePractice Setting : Inpatient and OutpatientTypes of Cases and required procedures :  Hematology 90%, Oncology 10%, Chemotherapy, Blood Transfusions, and Immunotherapy Credentialing Timeframe : 90 daysElectronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPICCertifications required : Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology, or Med Oncology with a hematology fellowship completion and Basic Life Support (BLS)Licensure required : Active Indiana LicenseJob BenefitsAMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
