Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.

Type : Contract to Hire

Environment : Semi-climate-controlled warehouse

Job Overview

Join a fast-paced steel distribution warehouse where you'll play a key role in moving heavy materials, organizing inventory, and supporting daily operations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in material handling, overhead crane operation, and forklift driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move steel products and heavy materials
• Load and unload trucks using sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Pick and stage orders based on inventory needs
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update warehouse systems
• Complete paperwork and documentation independently
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
