VP of Product Management-Platform

Reporting directly to the CPO, the VP of Product Management-Platform executive role will be the owner of the end-to-end user journey and execution layer of the EDB Postgres AI platform.

You will lead the teams responsible for Platform Services, Hybrid Management, Telemetry, Migrations, and our Partner Marketplace Integration, ensuring a seamless, high-value, and repeatable experience for every EDB customer.

Your Impact Will Be :

Platform & Signature Service Ownership

• Work with the architecture team and SMEs to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform user experiences and services, ensuring a unified and consistent user experience across the entire product portfolio.
• Lead the execution and delivery of all agreed-upon Signature Experiences (SEs), translating product features into clear, demonstrable, and predictable customer outcomes.
• Drive the product requirements for the Platform UX (User Experience) layer, prioritizing features that enhance usability, simplify complex workflows, and integrate agentic capabilities.
• Drive operational excellence : reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, scalability, security, compliance across our platform services.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions; decide build vs buy; create technology strategy for the platform.
