• ADN or higher degree in nursing\n
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license\n
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred\n
• ACLS certification preferred\n
• Ability to function effectively under stress\n
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures\n
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills\n\nResponsibilities\n
• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care\n
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and / or life-threatening conditions\n
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring\n
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations\n
• Administer medications and other treatments\n
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans\n
