- ADN or higher degree in nursing\n
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license\n
- 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred\n
- ACLS certification preferred\n
- Ability to function effectively under stress\n
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures\n
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill\n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills\n\nResponsibilities\n
- Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care\n
- Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and / or life-threatening conditions\n
- Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring\n
- Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations\n
- Administer medications and other treatments\n
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans\n
