Salary Range : $52,000-$56,000

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities :

Apply cash receipts daily to ensure that payment remittances are in accordance with credit terms where cash discounts are concerned.

Manage the billing and collection of all accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Generate and send out invoices and account statements to customers.

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update customer files, including payment terms, credit limits and contact information.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications :

3+ years of AR or cash application experience

Advanced excel skills- Pivot tables, VLookups, Reporting, Formulas

Strong communication and customer service skills
