Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Berlin, NH Duration : Specific dates September December with option to extend September - EITHER Sept. 11-15 days plus weekend call Sept. 15, 16, 17 OR Sept. 18-22 days with weekend call Sept. 15, 16, 17 or Sept. 22, 23, 24 Oct. 2 to Oct 22 Oct 28 to 11 / 27 Dec 2 to Dec. 17 ADDITIONAL CRNA needed to cover employee's FMLA : 10 / 9-12 / 3 (8 Weeks) Reason for coverage : Growth Schedule : Mon-Friday 8a-330pm, Once cases have been completed, our CRNAs may take call from home (within 30 minutes from the hospital) Call : Yes Patient volume : On average 12 patients per day Scope : Regional anesthesia, and sedation, working independently with no anesthesiologist on site or on call. EMR : TBD Hospital : Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH. Group / support : TBD Requirements (boards, license) : BC or Truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License, will license candidates. Proof of service approver : TBD
