About the role

The primary objective of the Delivery Manager role is to provide general oversight and guidance to the recruitment team, with the goal of enhancing performance, driving individual profitability, and maintaining a team cohesion.  The successful Recruiting Manager will lead a team of staffing professionals in recruitment, order management, and excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, daily oversite of production, and monitoring of activities
• Set individual goals with recruiters and clarifying expectations
• Set and maintain production metrics / KPI’s (calls, external submittals, and placements)
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss successes and address areas of improvement
• Serve as a point of escalation for team member issues
• Provide ongoing training for new recruiters by assisting with candidate screening, development of search strings, and priority management
• Evaluate metrics / KPI’s and forecasting for month end / quarter end
• Lead by example by producing at or above same metric levels / KPI’s
• Provide team feedback, metrics, and progress reports to the Management Team
• Assist in interviewing new internal candidates and make hiring and termination recommendations to the Managing Director
• Maintain and uphold professionalism within the team
• Continue to support and grow accounts from staffing and account management
