HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Walterboro, South Carolina.

  • Number of Beds : 20
  • Patient Ratios : 4 : 1
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 24 hour Unit clerk and multiple techs throughout the shifts
  • Type of equipment :
  • Documentation system : Meditech
  • Scheduling requirements : 4 Weekend shifts a schedule. 1 paid holiday and 1 non-paid holiday
  • Floating policy : Travelers do not float to other units
  • Patient Experience requirements : We care for patients of all ages from newborn to geriatrics. We do not have a Cath Lab so all STEMI or cath patients are transferred out. We see trauma patients as well as general illness.

  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

    • Procedures performed on unit : Nursing assessments, Stroke Work ups, Sepsis Work ups, Trauma care Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs
