QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience and minimum of 3 months as a manager trainee or similar
• Experience in a thrift store environment
• Must have people skills and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to merchandise product and to produce effective sales
• Ability to work with the public in a professional manner
• Ability to mentor and train Clerks and volunteers
• Customer service mindset
• Team player with a spirit of cooperation and work with all others towards goals set by management
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license with clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
