Job Description :

In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, the relief staff / per diem pharmacist is responsible for the quality of patient services and a safe and effective pharmacy operation.

Licensure :

Candidates licensed in all of the following states required : Alabama license required and Tennessee is preferred but not required.

Schedule :

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work in a Part-Time capacity for a minimum of 24 hours per week and up to 35 hours per week during the hours of operation of : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am-5 pm CST.

Location :

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work on-site in Birmingham, AL. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate with a BS or Doctorate of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required
• Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state noted in posting required
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
