Responsibilities Used Car Technician :

  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of pre-owned vehicles across all makes and models .
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance or repair work.
  • Ensure all reconditioning work is performed to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Document all work performed using repair orders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations.

    • Qualifications - Used Car Technician :

  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop experience).
  • Strong ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
  • Broad knowledge of vehicle systems including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic.
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
