Class A drivers with a minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A driving exprerience in the laast three years earn $1850-$2000 and be home weekends.

Position Highlights :

  • Weekly Pay : $1,850–$2,000+ based on miles and unloads
  • Mileage Pay : $0.80–$0.86 CPM (based on experience)
  • Unload Pay : $325 per trailer (average of 3 unloads / week)
  • Home Time : Home every weekend (at least one full day)
  • Routes : IL, IN, OH, MI – 500-mile radius from home
  • Trucks : Assigned take-home equipment

Job Details :

  • Deliveries made to retail stores using a conveyor system – no entering stores or merchandising
  • Store employees handle product intake; drivers only place boxes on conveyor belt
  • Paid training at $150 / day (3–6 days average)

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (local, regional, or OTR)

    • oNote : Experience as a yard jockey, time with a trainer, driving school, or Class B does not count

  • Drug Testing : No failed or refused DOT drug test ever in your career
  • Safety Record :

    • oNo terminations for safety-related reasons within the past 6 months

    oMax 1 preventable DOT accident in the past 3 years

    oNo more than 3 total accidents / incidents in the last 3 years

  • Driving Record :

    • oNo major moving violations in the last 12 months

    oMax 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

  • Job History :

    • oNo more than 4 jobs in the past year

    oNo more than 6 jobs in 2 years, or 8 in 3 years
