Schedule : 2nd Shift 4 : 30pm-3am (Sun-Wed or Wed-Saturday)

Responsibilities :

• Work onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are met
• Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor
• Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift
• Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover
• Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance / performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
• Assist with recruiting when needed.
