About the Role

Do you have endless energy and a big smile ready for every kid who walks through the door? At My Gym Fairfield , we make fitness fun and help little ones grow strong, confident, and happy! We're looking for Part-Time Instructors who are ready to jump in, play hard, and make every day an adventure.

As part of our team, you'll lead playful, high-energy classes that help children build balance, strength, and coordination - all while laughing, learning, and moving together. Whether it's their very first tumble or their tenth handstand, you'll be right there cheering them on.

No gymnastics experience? Don't worry - we provide all the training! If you love kids, stay positive under pressure, and bring the fun wherever you go, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

Lead and assist in creative, movement-based classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years

Keep energy high and kids smiling while ensuring a safe, supportive environment

Bring the fun to birthday parties and special events

Help keep our gym sparkling clean and ready for play

Build lasting connections with families and teammates

What We're Looking For

Someone who truly enjoys working with kids

Upbeat, dependable, and full of positive energy

Great with teamwork and communication

Eager to learn - we'll show you everything you need to succeed!

Background in childcare, sports, dance, or performing arts is a plus
