What this job involves

This position involves performing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and preventive services on facility mechanical, electrical, and HVAC / R systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in building engineering systems, ensuring optimal facility operations while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction across assigned buildings.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC / R systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations
• Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Utilize CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time and document all work performed
• Submit P-card receipts daily and perform vehicle safety inspections
• Escalate problems or issues to customers and management in a timely manner
