Job Details

The Food Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for training, orientating, developing, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Dietary Staff / Cafeteria Staff. An ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of food service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Must possess the ability to lead and motivate staff
• Troubleshoot and navigate departmental challenges that arise
• Manage staffing and scheduling for over 40 + staff members
• Overall management and supervision of the kitchen and unit kitchenettes
• Assisting the department director with innovative methods and ideas to enhance the dining service for the patients and residents we serve
• Lead with a professional, respectful and empathetic disposition

Posted Salary Range

USD $27.00 - USD $30.00 / Hr.

The pay for this position ranges from $ 27.00 - 30.00 per hour
