Overview

Our client is a leading energy company seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Miami Lakes Florida. This 12-month contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational and financial analyses that drive critical business decisions in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit
• Lead medium to large special projects involving quantitative and qualitative research
• Design and modify business processes to improve operational efficiency
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel Power BI and SQL
• Apply standardized tools and techniques to collect analyze and present data for business insights
• Work extensively with data analysis market intelligence and modeling to support business strategies
• Utilize databases to derive insights including demand modeling locational analysis segment analysis growth modeling and propensity modeling
• Transform qualitative information into defined quantitative datapoints
• Drive projects forward to build a more complex customer data environment with enhanced tools and capabilities
• Support business performance tracking through advanced analytics and reporting
