Valley Chop House is a prime steakhouse offering upscale dining with a warm, casual vibe. We are looking for a
- Line Cook
- to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment and takes pride in their craft.
- Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute menu items according to Valley Chop House's standards and recipes
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality for all dishes
- Set up, stock, and break down stations before and after each shift
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy dinner hours
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and teammates
- Requirements :
- Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting (steakhouse or fine dining experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts (Thursday–Sunday, 3 pm–11 pm)
