REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred One to two years of recent physical therapy experience required Valid Physical Therapy license in Michigan required; may practice with temporary license but must obtain permanent license within one year (license required if applicable) Valid driver's license if providing home care or hospice visits Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and transfer patients with assistance Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
