As an Account Executive, you'll develop relationships with companies across multiple industries, leveraging strong MSAs already in place and taking a blended approach to doing business. This is a high-visibility role within a team of 20, offering a strong foundation and the chance to make an immediate impact.
Please note that you MUST have sales and recruiting experience in a recruiting agency setting to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities :
Hunt for new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Requirements :
A hunter mentality : Youv'e done it before and know how to open doors, create opportunities, and close deals.
Experience building accounts within structured MSAs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple industries and decision-making levels.
Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth strategies by vertical.
Driven, metrics-oriented, and motivated by both personal and team success.
