Job description
A company is looking for a Subcontract Administrator (Federal).
Key Responsibilities :
Support full life-cycle subcontract management for assigned programs
Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, teaming agreements, and modifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and resolve performance issues
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of federal contracting, negotiation techniques, and subcontract administration
Experience with FAR, DFARS, VAAR, and CPSR-compliant systems
Experience with IDIQs and major federal contract vehicles
Preferred certifications include NCMA CPCM or CFCM
