School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - New Castle, Pennsylvania

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.\n\nThis role offers a full-time, onsite position as a Certified School Nurse (CSN) supporting K-12 students in New Castle, PA. The nurse will manage health offices at two elementary school buildings and supervise another RN who alternates between the locations. This position is a contract for the full school year, Monday through Friday from 8 : 05 AM to 3 : 45 PM.\n\nKey responsibilities include : \n

• Managing daily health services for two elementary schools to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students\n
• Supervising a registered nurse who alternates coverage between the two buildings\n
• pleting state-required reporting and meeting all Pennsylvania health service regulations for schools\n
• Collaborating with school staff to promote student health and well-being\n\nQualifications and experience : \n
• Current Certified School Nurse (CSN) PK-12 certification in Pennsylvania is required\n
• Experience working with school-age children and managing health office operations preferred\n
• Strong knowledge of state health service requirements and reporting protocols\n
• Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with another nursing professional\n\npensation : \n
• Bachelors degree : $52,664 annual salary\n
