Objective of the Role

The Watchmaker will play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle, encompassing the review of new product designs, offering technical insights on production challenges, assisting with sample builds, and providing essential support to the repair team. This position is central to aligning overseas partners with design and manufacturing teams, and involves participation in innovative projects related to new watch designs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate should possess :

• Experience in the watchmaking industry at the brand level, complemented by a watchmaking certification.
• A strong understanding of industry norms, innovative practices, and a passion for craftsmanship.
• Ability to engage collaboratively across design, product development, and manufacturing functions.
