About the Role

As a Retail Team Member , you’ll be the face of Kilwins, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. From scooping ice cream to packaging sweet treats, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Kilwins experience. No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like : - Greeting customers with a warm smile and assisting them in selecting their favorite treats. - Preparing and serving ice cream, chocolates, and other specialty products. - Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. - Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. - Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are neat and appealing. - Being a team player and contributing to the positive atmosphere Kilwins is known for.
