Job description

Seeking to hire ASAP an Otolaryngologist to join a very established multi-specialty group practice near Las Cruces, NM.

  • BC / BE in Otolaryngology
  • Experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has active NM license or Eligible

Job Details :

  • Employed ENT opportunity (would own the market in town)
  • The practice is willing to build the clinic equipment and supplies around the providers preferences as well as in the hospital OR and the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Monday Friday from 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
  • The new ENT would perform procedures at the Ambulatory Surgery Center and would be able to buy into the Surgery Center ownership (if they desired to do so)
  • Salary guaranteed for the whole contract duration plus Productivity Bonuses
  • Paid Time Off and CME with allowance
  • Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus
  • Malpractice with tail coverage
