Job descriptionWork in a brand new hybrid Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility with 8 beds, including 1 trauma / resuscitation room and 6 hall chairs Facility uses Epic EMR, with experience preferred Estimated 90-100 patients per day, with about 60% urgent care and 40% emergency level patients Nurse-to-patient ratio is 3 : 1 for ER patients, varied for urgent care patients Shift is nights, 7 : 00 pm – 7 : 30 am, 24 hours per week Weekend shifts are required every other weekend Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis No floating or on-call requirements Any color scrubs are permitted Responsibilities include caring for both urgent care and emergency-level patients across a diverse range of conditions Facility is standalone with in-house security available 24 / 7 Patients requiring admission are transferred promptly due to the limited number of beds No respiratory therapist on site; ER has one ventilator and RNs read telemetry strips X-ray and CT services are available within the ER Nurse-draw blood collection is required Team includes RNs, LPNs, charge nurse, and mid-level providers First-time travelers are welcome to apply Returning candidates must not have worked for CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health in any capacity within the past year Active WA or compact RN license required at time of consideration Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required Current certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NRP, TNCC, and NIHSS Demonstrated proficiency with typical Emergency Room RN skills Epic EMR experience preferred Must provide a copy of a driver's license for consideration Two recent references required : one from a supervisor within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference from the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
