This position starts at $13 an hour! The Retail Associate supports store management in achieving operational goals by performing various roles including cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, eCommerce producer, e-Books producer, and rack or cart runner.

Key Responsibilities

• Cashier : Handle transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, provide customer information, and keep the sales floor clean.
• Textiles or Wares Producer : Sort and curate textiles and wares, produce a set number of items per hour, and use equipment like pallet jacks and conveyor belts.
• Donation Door Attendant : Accept donations, sort products, maintain a clean donation area, and assist with truck loading / unloading.
• eCommerce Producer : Identify and package high-value items for online sales, monitor market values, and ship items efficiently.
• e-Books Producer : Scan and decide on book disposition, print inventory sheets, and manage shipping totes.
• Rack and Cart Runner : Ensure quality of merchandise, organize sales floor, and update production tracking.

Qualifications

No formal degree required. Candidates should demonstrate capability, teamwork, customer focus, attention to detail, and time management. Basic computer skills and effective communication are preferred. Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
