As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management to help to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize computer or tablet systems for logging activities and may interact with alarm panels as part of your daily duties. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are key, as you will address inquiries and support building operations. DayTime Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
