The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the front end of the store. They lead a sales team passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience. They greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term customer loyalty. They resolve customer service issues, ensure product merchandising standards, maintain the front end and exterior of the building, and meet all operational expectations. They assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates.

Qualifications include a minimum of one to two years' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
