Senior Manager, Global DevOps
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead our global DevOps organization and drive transformation across our software delivery lifecycle. This role is pivotal to our mission of accelerating feature delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability for our SaaS platform serving thousands of customers worldwide. The successful candidate will lead distributed engineering teams across the US, Ireland, and India while modernizing our development and deployment practices. Success metrics include increased deployment frequency with reduced lead times, reduced change failure rates and improved automated test coverage, improved developer satisfaction, reduced new hire time-to-productivity, improved uptime, MTTR and performance, successful scaling of global DevOps organization with low attrition, and achievement of key migration milestones.

Compensation and Benefits
We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $150,000-200,000 annually. Additional compensation for this role includes a bonus eligibility, which is based on personal, department and / or company performance, where applicable. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
