Compensation :
Hourly Rate : $19–$22, dependent on background
Responsibilities of a Bilingual Office Coordinator :
Deliver full-spectrum office support to the management and all internal personnel.
Control appointment books, arrange critical sessions, and facilitate travel logistics.
Prepare formal correspondence, documentation, and visual aids using the Microsoft 365 platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Field substantial inbound calls and electronic messages with expert composure and swiftness.
Manage scrupulously structured electronic and paper archive systems.
Greet guests upon arrival and maintain a cordial, business-like office atmosphere.
Contribute to the organization and execution of corporate functions.
Manage all office provisions and gear, certifying stock levels are robust.
Verify and process billing statements and employee expense claims correctly and promptly.
Take on varying administrative duties, showing resourcefulness and a go-getter attitude.
Qualifications of a Bilingual Office Coordinator :
Complete language proficiency in both English and Spanish (essential).
Completion of secondary education or corresponding certification.
Operational fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional structuring, efficiency in scheduling, and interpersonal aptitudes.
Laser focus on minutiae with an unwavering commitment to correctness.
The skill to juggle competing priorities, organize effectively, and respect deadlines in a rapid-fire setting.
A polished bearing and superior aptitude for client relationship management.
The ability to function independently and collaboratively within the operational unit.
Familiarity with workflow coordination software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
One to two years of documented clerical experience.
