Supervise assigned nursing assistants to ensure day-to-day activities are performed effectively. Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures. Active LPN license in your state of residence. Current CPR certification. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.

- Day and Night Shifts available for LPNs
- Full Time or Part Time options
- Shifts : 6 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM
