Vice President of Engineering

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead and define engineering practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the organization's Engineering Operating System, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices

Oversee the integration of AI into engineering practices, including code generation and automated testing

Lead quality assurance initiatives and manage the internal engineering platform for efficient software delivery

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including senior global executive roles

At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams

Proven track record in establishing enterprise-wide engineering standards and ensuring compliance

Advanced degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

Experience in managing budgets and resources in complex environments
