Position Overview :

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize all of MedPros digital channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on youll shape our digital strategy while also executing campaigns managing performance and ensuring our online presence reflects our brand and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the digital ecosystem manage performance across all digital channels : organic web SEO paid search (Google Ads Bing etc.) and social media (organic and paid) and anywhere our company and related brands may appear online.
• Manage resources youll be the leader of a team responsible for digital channels tasked with managing or delegating task and rout eownership to in-house resources as well as freelance and outside agency partners.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives oversee AI and GEO-targeted marketing strategies including emerging AI search platforms and content optimization.
• Align digital messaging ensure our online presence and creative assets reflect company strategy positioning and tone.
• Implement & maintain tracking ensure end-to-end analytics attribution and reporting are accurate and actionable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally work closely with leadership design sales and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay ahead of trends proactively identify opportunities in AI automation and search technologies to strengthen MedPros competitive edge.
