Overview Senior Graphic Designer — Leading Beauty Brand seeking aSenior Graphic Designer to join a leading beauty and cosmetics company.

Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Hybrid Work Schedule - 3 days in office

Responsibilities Collaborate with Art Directors and design teams to transform marketing concepts into innovative packaging, displays, and collateral.

Create compelling on-brand graphics for merchandising displays, promotional materials, brochures, mailers, magazine ads, and web banners.

Develop product packaging concepts and mock samples in coordination with product development teams.

Stay informed on industry trends to produce effective messaging.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Estimate costs and meet financial objectives related to design projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.

4-6 years minimum experience in graphic design; experience with targeted or ethnic consumer goods preferred.

Proficiency in Mac environment using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and MS Office applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and social media marketing creative executions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
