Pediatric Developmental Therapist (DT) - Home-Based Early Intervention

Location : Munster, IN (and surrounding communities)

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-time

Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Developmental Therapist to provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3. You will deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy in home and community settings while coaching families to support developmental milestones.

Responsibilities :

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers.

Deliver engaging, evidence-based developmental therapy in natural environments.

Coach families on integrating developmental strategies into daily routines.

Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative workload.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-child development.

Qualifications :

Active Indiana DT license.

Pediatric experience preferred, especially with infants and toddlers.

Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.

Passion for supporting young children's developmental growth.
