JOB TITLE : Program Assistant

LOCATION : Tulalip Club

REPORTS TO : Unit Director

SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday

PAY RATE : $20 to $21 hourly

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a responsible, reliable Program Director to help our organization enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Under the direction of the Unit Director, the Program Director plans, organizes, supervises and coordinates programs and activities that enhance the personal growth and development of Club members. Works to maintain a safe, fun and quality environment.

JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Is personally involved in the daily planning and implementation of the Boys & Girls Clubs five key areas :

○ Safe, positive place

○ Fun activities & games

○ Supportive relationships with caring adults

○ Opportunities to learn & grow

○ Recognition & positive reinforcement

○ Manages necessary administrative functions and assigned resources, including program budgets.

○ Promotes and markets programs to Club members to increase membership and daily attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

External applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check to be considered for employment.
