Job Description & Requirements

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. Epic for documentation, Alaris pumps for IVF, Acudose for medications Required skills and minimum years of experience. Bipap, Cpap, Heated High Flow, Oxygen titration, Moderate Sedation, Telemetry, Medical-Surgical patient care. Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. BLS, ACLS. Specialty certification preferred. SD or compact state RN license

Floating to over units / departments. Yes, Med-Surg float units; travelers are the first to be reassigned to another department

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 1 : 3 in Pulmonary Acute for IMC RNs 1 : 4 / 5 days shifts 1 : 5 / 6 night shifts
