The benefits specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all health and welfare benefits flexible spending accounts ancillary benefit programs and leave management. The specialist will also ensure seamless operations of other compliance programs.

Responsibilities :

• Participates in Flow Measurement Training
• Performs assembly and disassembly on test systems utilizing hand pneumatic and battery-operated tools and overhead cranes or hoists.
• Perform calibrations and testing data acquisition
• Establish appropriate communication with meter under test
• Ensures that customer requirements are met for calibrations and testing
• Works directly with customers to meet calibration requirements
• Performs troubleshooting of meters and test systems / instrumentation
• Utilizes all equipment and instrumentation used in labs
• Assists other departments as needed
