Financing Concierge Representative

A company is looking for a Financing Concierge Representative to support homeowners, contractors, and financing partners during the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and contractors during the financing process

Coordinate between contractors, homeowners, and third-party lenders to ensure documentation is completed correctly

Monitor financing applications and proactively update all parties on status changes or required actions

Required Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, financing support, or project coordination roles

Experience in home improvement, construction, or lending environments is preferred

Comfort working with CRM systems and spreadsheets

Ability to explain complex processes clearly to customers

Experience working with or for contractors or lenders is a plus
