Catering & Banquet Manager

Location :   Columbia ,  MO

Responsibilities :

• Manage front and back of the house day to day catering procedures and operations.
• Provide a hands-on approach to preparing and delivering all catering orders.
• High attention to detail when executing a catering; small wares, chafing dishes, beverages, condiments, etc.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef to cover daily and weekly catering needs, preparing grocery lists
• Mentoring and guiding staff with planning and executing events.
• Organize, deep clean, and take inventory for equipment and supplies; keep all catering items in top performing condition
• Exhibit excellent customer service to all guests and clients through daily email and phone communication
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
