Position Summary The facility is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join its well-established women's health team in Bridgeport, Connecticut . Essential Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services. Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and manage inpatient consultations as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including certified nurse midwives, nurses, and support staff. Participate in labor and delivery coverage in coordination with other OBGYNs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system. Promote preventive health education, wellness initiatives, and patient engagement. Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Education : MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Licensure & Certification : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
