About the Role
The Chief Client Office (CCO) focuses on delivering a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and success. Leading this function, you will manage and nurture relationships with DTCC’s most sophisticated and strategic global clients, acting as a trusted advisor, industry connector, and value driver.

Impact you will have
You will craft and deliver DTCC's client strategy at the highest level, influencing the company's position as a global market infrastructure leader and driving innovation across the organization. You will manage a defined portfolio of client relationships, provide strategic support to Client Group Leadership, and influence product development and external representation.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for a limited portfolio of global clients, maintaining front-to-back relationships and ensuring delivery of the whole firm to clients.Cultivate and expand client relationships to improve strategic alignment and drive growth.Expand and deepen senior level client relationships to strengthen strategic alignment, elevate DTCC’s position, and drive growth across products and markets.Develop trust, understand client needs, influence decision makers, and unlock new growth opportunities.Act as the voice of the client in influencing DTCC’s future strategy and product roadmap.Drive joint planning and execution with clients to strategically drive innovation and deliver measurable business value.Collaborate with clients and partners to strategically drive industry-leading innovation.Partner internally with General Managers and product experts, risk professionals, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.Coordinate cross‑functional teams to advance firm strategy and resolve issues, identifying growth opportunities.Act as an escalation point for sophisticated issues, providing client perspective and guiding resolution.Coordinate the resolution of client challenges and roadblocks for both clients and DTCC.Revenue Retention, Growth & Commercial Expansion
Lead the retention and growth of client revenue by minimizing churn and driving organic growth through deep understanding of DTCC’s services.Act as a trusted advisor by uncovering opportunities that align with DTCC capabilities; engage the Growth Team and provide client advocacy.Increase revenue through organic growth, cross‑selling, new product development, and targeted growth strategies.Collaborate closely with growth leads to drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, from identification to closure.Embed client insights into product innovation and go‑to‑market strategies.Risk & Compliance
Ensure client engagement aligns with evolving regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.Lead discussions on market structure changes and operational resilience to align clients with standard processes.Champion a risk‑management culture through implementation of processes that identify and mitigate risk.Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of related experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.Talents Needed for Success
15+ years of related experience (client facing, solutions creation and delivery, senior partner coordination, broker dealer & investment banking, financial infrastructure).Demonstrated success leading sophisticated global client portfolios and navigating matrixed organizations.Proven track record of translating client and industry needs into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (master’s, MBA, or equivalent experience) is a plus.The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
