Job descriptionStrong leadership background in food service minimum 3 years. Minimum 3 years fast food service / drive thru experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Open availability, including nights and weekends. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Assistant Manager – Salem’s Fresh Eats (Lakeland Location)
Opening October – Hiring Begins Mid-September.
Salem’s Fresh Eats is seeking Assistant Managers to help lead our new Lakeland location. This is a key leadership role supporting the GM and helping build a strong team from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
- Support FOH and BOH operations.
- Train and coach team members.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Help manage staffing and coverage during peak hours.
