Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available immediately through the end of the school year in a K-12 educational setting in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students in both 1 : 1 and group settings, supporting behavioral interventions and skill development throughout the school day.

Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support to students in 1 : 1 and group environments across K-12 grade levels
• Collect data on student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
