LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company located in Princeton, NJ. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support a dynamic manufacturing subsidiary. This role will also contribute to financial operations at the parent company level. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Quality, and Operations teams.
Job Title : Senior Accountant
Location : Hybrid – Princeton, NJ (2 days onsite : Monday & Thursday; remote on Friday)
Salary : $95,000–$105,000
Bonus : 10% annual performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support month-end close processes
Perform financial reviews, bank reconciliations, and assist with FP&A functions
Manage tax-related activities in partnership with external consultants, including year-end filings and audit submissions
Maintain and track inventory, raw materials, and work-in-progress (WIP)
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance across financial operations
Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks
Qualifications :
5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong background in tax preparation and compliance
Hands-on experience with WIP accounting, inventory tracking, and raw material management
Proficiency in QuickBooks and general ledger systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
